This has nothing to do with graphic design but it does fall into my "pretty rad stuff" category. So it appears that IBM has imaged a molecule. That's right my friends you're seeing a molecule made up of 22 carbon and 14 hydrogen atoms! Here's a link to the full article.
When I first saw this molecule the Rorschachish thoughts that popped into my head were: "teeth", "corn", "the fist of fury" and "turtle shell" to name a few. If a shrink out there is reading this, maybe they could teach me something about my thought process. The "turtle shell" idea did make me think of pizza.
All in all, an awesome pic, next thing you know we'll have posters of quarks hanging in our offices with witty phrases under them.
